    • Patented TWIN-SPINDLE system 
      • Each spindle can be operated independently as 2 sPINners
      • The twin spindles can do a joint horizontal movement.
    • Suitable for long parts, such as plate, panel, or rods. The horizontal movement can grind every corner uniformly.
    • Suitable for the magnetic material. The horizontal movement can help the parts to rotate.
    • The effective grinding area is 1700 × 600 mm

    Grinding Features

    *High-precision grinding: no damage to dimensions, no deformation.

    Most suitable for high-precision workpieces, delicate, thin and long workpieces.

    *No dead angle grinding: all holes and crevices can be reached. Magnetic needle penetrates into the dead angle, most suitable for irregular workpieces.

    Operation Methods

    *Main Control Panel

    1. Grinding completion alarm: The grinding completion buzzer can be switched on and off.

    2. Frequency display (error message display) : Grinding frequency is displayed during operation; condition code is displayed in case of malfunction.

    3. 1st spindle grinding schedule setting: 3a is timer; 3b is rotary direction setting; 3c is rotary direction setting.

    4. 2nd spindle grinding schedule setting : 4a is timer; 4b is rotation direction setting; 4c is rotation direction setting.

    5. Frequency display (LED): Display the current grinding frequency during operation.

    6. Main power switch

    7. Start button: Press to start grinding

    8. Stop button: Press to stop grinding
