The characteristics of a leverage table
1. It can easily and accurately measure narrow and deep positions that are difficult to measure with ordinary pointer type indicators.
2. The new structure developed by Sanfeng Company suppresses damage to the gripping part of the measuring needle, preventing the sensitivity and tracking performance of the measuring needle from deteriorating.
3. Pointers and hard alloy measuring needles have weak magnetism and are not easily affected in magnetic environments. Moreover, models with ruby measuring needles are also available. The tip of the ruby measuring needle is a spherical ruby, which has higher wear resistance than hard alloy measuring needles. The use of insulation materials can be used with confidence in discharge machining equipment.
4. The scale board uses a universal font, which improves the color of the scale board, the thickness of the pointers and scale lines, enhances visibility, and facilitates degree calculation. The scale board has an icon displaying the length of the measuring needle.
5. The surface mask is a flat type that is not easily reflective and has been coated to suppress scratches, dirt, and reflections.
6. The integrated structure of the bezel and bezel prevents cutting fluid and grease from seeping in from the front of the scale plate and between the gaps (non waterproof specifications).
7. Three dovetail tenons on the main body can be installed with dovetail tenons φ 6 shaft sleeves (standard). The installation position can be adjusted according to different situations for ease of use.
8. There are five models available for use: horizontal, vertical, inclined, parallel, and universal.
9. Complies with JIS B7533:2015 specification standards. To ensure accuracy, horizontal, inclined, and vertical types are detected according to the position of the pointer facing upwards, while parallel types are detected according to the vertical position of the pointer surface.
